Yesterday I made pumpkin pancakes with ~kipke and we couldnt resist making an entry for the halloween carving contest! Ok I know we didnt actually carve fruit or vegatable but is original and creative, right?
To make the pancakes:
you need:
- a pumpkin (1 kilo)
- a hand full of raisins
- 4 eggs
- 200 gram of pancake-flower
- cinnamon
- 100 gr suger
- and 200ml milk
(yes I copied that from you Kim.. Im too lazy to type it myself
)
Slice the pumpkin in pieces and boil for 15-20 minutes. mash it and mix it with the flower, eggs, milk, sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Then just bake the pancakes!
